Author/vendor announcements will begin on August 1st 2026, with tickets launching on August 15th. Please keep your attendance under wraps until your official announcement has been shared by @cravebookevents.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Fees and Payments

- All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST

- A 50%  non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of the invoice date to secure your table

- The remaining 50% balance will be required by November 1 2027


2. Cancellation Policy 

- The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable

- Cancellation made within 90 days of the event will result in 75% of the total table fee being non-refundable

- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in 100% of the total table fees being non-refundable

- If you are unable to attend, but arrange a suitable replacement author/vendor approved by the event organisers, and the replacement pays for their table in full, you will be eligible for a full refund.


3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

- If CRAVE is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the event organisers control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, venue closures, government restrictions, public health emergencies. The event organisers reserve the right to postpone the event or offer credits or refunds where reasonably possible.

- The organisers are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, shipping, or other expenses incurred by attendees, authors, or vendors.


4. AI Policy

- CRAVE is committed to celebrating and supporting human creativity.

- Authors and vendors agree that they will not sell, promote, display, or distribute books, artwork, merchandise, or promote any form of AI generated content.

- Any participants found to have breached this policy will be removed from the event immediately, prohibited from participating in future CRAVE events, and will not be entitled to a refund.


5. Insurance and Liability 

- Vendors are responsible for ensuring they hold any licences or insurance required by law for the products they sell.

- Authors and vendors are responsible for their own property, stock, equipment, and personal belongings throughout the event.

- The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or injury except where required by Australian law.


6. Marketing and Photography

- By participating in CRAVE, authors and vendors consent to photographs and videos being captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes across online and print media.


By accepting your invitation to CRAVE 2028 and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
